The fine print, in 4 lines
- Cancel or reschedule free up to 12 hours before, when shares lock.
- Your share moves as people join or drop, then locks 12 hours before the session. After that you pay it, even if you can't come.
- Nobody pays before the lock. Members are billed through Life Time. Non-members get an email with how to pay.
- If Coach cancels or it rains out, you get a full credit or a reschedule.

Cancellation & rain policy
1) Life Time members (Life Time-billed sessions): As per Life Time policy.
2) Non-members at Life Time: Cancel 24+ hours ahead for a full refund or credit. Inside 24 hours, 50% is charged. No-show, 100% is charged. If your spot is filled, you get full credit.
3) Lessons at your court: Cancel 24+ hours ahead and the lesson fee is refunded; any court fee already paid is the player's either way. Inside 24 hours or no-show: the full lesson fee plus your court share.
4) Rain or closed court (all): If Jomel cancels for weather, you get a free reschedule or a full refund, including the court fee whenever the club refunds it.

How does the group price work?
Price drops if friends join.
What's the difference between a lesson and a clinic?
None in price. A clinic is a Lesson Coach posts with a date and a topic. Anyone at that level can join until it has 4 people, and everyone pays the same table as a lesson.
How much is Play with the Pro?
A flat $35 per player for Life Time members, $45 for non-members. It's exactly 3 players, and Coach Jomel plays as your 4th. The price doesn't change with how many join. It stays pending until all 3 have joined; if you're short 12 hours before, it's cancelled and nothing is charged.
How do friends join?
Pick "I want to build this with friends" (recommended) and you'll get a link to send your friends. Or pick "I'm looking for other people": we'll list it on the Coach page so players at your level can find it and join, and you can still send the link to anyone. Each friend opens it and adds their own name, phone and email. Bring up to 3 friends.
What if someone drops out?
Before the lock, the price goes back to the smaller group's price and the spot opens for someone new. 12 hours before the session, shares lock and everyone in the group pays their share.
What level should I pick?
Beginner: new or under 3.0. Then 3.0–3.5, 3.5–4.0 and 4.0+ on DUPR. No rating? Go with your gut. Coach adjusts on court.
How does the 5-session bundle work?
Bundles come in 5 sessions: $225 for Life Time members, $275 for non-members. One bundle session pays your own seat in any lesson or clinic, at any group size. Tick "Use one bundle session" when you book.
How does the Loyalty card work?
Every 5 pay-per-session lessons earn 1 free session. Bundle sessions don't count, and a free session can't be combined with a bundle. No-shows and late cancels count; free sessions don't. In a group, each person earns on their own card. A Loyalty credit covers the lesson; for a lesson at your court you still pay your court share and travel. Credits expire after 6 months. Tick "Use Loyalty credit ($0 lesson)" when you book.
I'm not a Life Time member. Can I still have a lesson at Life Time?
Yes. Choose "Not a member, coming to Life Time" and request a time at guest prices. Coach Jomel will let you know what to expect at check-in when he confirms.
At your court: who covers the court?
You and your group do. Book it yourself, or Coach books it and splits the court fee evenly. Travel is a flat one-way fee split among players: see the at-your-court prices.
When do I pay?
Not when you request: nothing is charged then. Members are billed through Life Time. Guests at Life Time get an email with how to pay. At your court, you pay by Zelle or Venmo once Coach confirms.
