Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026 (draft)

RallyTime ("RallyTime", "we", "us") runs rallytime.pro, including league and event sign-ups, RallyTime Academy coaching bookings, the paddle quiz and our newsletter. RallyTime is operated by [Business legal name], [Business mailing address]. This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run RallyTime:

Other players in your league or event can see your name, team and results, and captains can see their teammates' phone numbers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep account, booking and results data while you take part and for as long as needed for records such as results history, billing and waivers. Rate-limit records are deleted within about two hours. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below); some records, like signed waivers and payment records, may be kept where the law requires.

5. Children

RallyTime is not directed at children under 13. A parent or guardian must book for, and accept the waiver for, any participant under 18.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving emails, by writing to support@rallytime.pro. Depending on where you live (for example, Virginia), you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor them.

7. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, keep passwords and secret keys out of our code, and limit admin access. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you think something is wrong.

8. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date above.
