These terms apply when you use rallytime.pro or sign up for a RallyTime league, event or RallyTime Academy session. RallyTime is operated by [Business legal name], [Business mailing address]. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You sign in with your name and mobile number. Use your own details, keep them accurate, and don't sign in as someone else. We may deactivate accounts that misuse the site.

2. Leagues, events and lessons

• Schedules, formats, courts and times can change; we'll tell you as early as we can.
• Organizers may approve or decline substitutes and adjust teams to keep play fair.
• Results you or your captain enter should be accurate. Results for DUPR-reported events may be sent to DUPR.
• Every participant in a RallyTime Academy session must accept the Participant Waiver.
• Follow the rules and staff instructions of each venue, including Life Time.

3. Prices, payment and cancellations

Prices are shown before you book. Cancellations, refunds and rain-outs follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't spam forms, try to access other people's bookings or data, scrape the site in bulk, interfere with how it works, or post anything unlawful or abusive.

5. Content and photos

RallyTime's site, logos and materials belong to RallyTime. Photos or video of you are only used as you agree to in the waiver's optional photo/video section.

6. Third-party services

Some features link to or rely on other services (for example DUPR, Skool, Stripe, Life Time, and partner stores). Their own terms apply, and we aren't responsible for them.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, RallyTime is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived. Injury and risk on court are covered by the Participant Waiver.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
