Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers RallyTime Academy lessons and clinics booked on rallytime.pro, and RallyTime leagues and events. It matches the policy shown when you book and in your confirmation email.

1. Lessons and clinics

• Life Time members (Life Time-billed sessions): As per Life Time policy.
• Non-members at Life Time: Cancel 24+ hours ahead for a full refund or credit. Inside 24 hours, 50% is charged. No-show, 100% is charged. If your spot is filled, you get full credit.
• Lessons at your court: Cancel 24+ hours ahead and the lesson fee is refunded; any court fee already paid is the player's either way. Inside 24 hours or no-show: the full lesson fee plus your court share.
• Rain or closed court (all): If Jomel cancels for weather, you get a free reschedule or a full refund, including the court fee whenever the club refunds it.

2. How to cancel

Use the cancel link in your confirmation email, or the Cancel button on your booking at rallytime.pro/coach. The 24-hour window is measured from the session's start time (Eastern Time). You can also email support@rallytime.pro.

3. Group price lock

For group sessions, your price is locked when you book, only goes down as friends join, and never goes up if someone drops out. The final price locks 12 hours before the session.

4. If a session doesn't run

If a session doesn't run, you pay $0. Nothing is charged, and late-cancel and no-show fees are waived.

5. Lesson packs and credits

Credits from a cancelled session (cancelled 24+ hours ahead, or cancelled by us) go back to your pack. Unused credits are refundable on request, less sessions already used at the single-session price. [Confirm pack refund terms]

6. Leagues and events

League and event fees are refundable in full if you withdraw before registration closes, or if we cancel the event. After registration closes, refunds are at the organizer's discretion, for example if a substitute or waitlisted team takes your spot. [Confirm event refund terms]

7. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (or as a credit, if you prefer) within 5–10 business days of approval. Card refunds may take a few more days to show on your statement.
